Cold temperatures in Starkville this week create icicles on the fountain outside of Â鶹´«Ã½ State’s Chapel of Memories. Temperatures are expected to rise back above freezing briefly Wednesday [Jan. 3] afternoon, but will dip below freezing again Wednesday night.
